We will make emotional stops in the Cape Coast area including Assin Manso, a prominent town along the enslaved African trade route where so many of our ancestors were marched bare foot in shackles heading towards the coast. After visiting the historical sites of Cape Coast, we’ll need time to reflect and process our emotional responses.  Akosombo in Volta region is the perfect place to relax and re-center.  We will finish our trip in Accra, visiting historical sites and getting any shopping you missed completed.

The land of the midnight sun is calling out for you!  Set sail from Seattle on an adventure packed ship where you can gaze at giant glaciers from the pool deck while you sail through one of the most dramatically stunning fjords, Tracy Arm Fjords.   Scan the surrounding waters of the Inside Passage on your way to Ketchikan for glimpses of wildlife.
